A Year to Refresh, Reconnect & Revive
Sometimes the greatest growth happens when we pause.
This year, instead of hosting a formal probate ceremony in The PrideLands. We chose something different. We took intentional time to reconnect, revive, and refresh from within. It was a season to exhale, reflect on how far God has brought us, and prepare our hearts for everything He has ahead.
Our journey began with a moment for sisterhood and brotherhood. To reflect on life’s struggles lean on each other for support laugh away our burdens and praise God for break through and storms sent through out this year that made us stronger. Then we took a day to pour into our community. We had the privilege of spending time with a local group home, where we treated the youth to a fun-filled luau. Laughter, fellowship, and love filled the day as we shared the joy of Christ through simple acts of kindness and togetherness.
We also gathered in worship on Sunday during an incredible visit to The Rock, where we were blessed by a powerful and life-changing Word from God. It was a reminder that true strength comes from remaining rooted in Him and allowing His Spirit to renew us.
To make this season even more meaningful, we returned to the very place it all began—our home in Birmingham, Alabama. Standing where God first planted the vision of The PrideLands reminded us of His faithfulness and the purpose He has placed in this organization. Looking back only strengthened our excitement for what lies ahead.
As we prepare to welcome the 2027 PrideLands summer lines, we do so with refreshed minds, renewed hearts, and healthier spirits—ready to cultivate true sisterhood and brotherhood in Christ. We believe God is positioning The PrideLands for an incredible new season, and we cannot wait to witness all that He has in store.
Here’s to fresh vision, renewed purpose, and a future filled with faith.
Ooooooweeee… Muuuuuuurah!
